AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH'S RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE TOBACCO AND HEALTH TRUST FUND. To implement the Department of Public Health's recommendations regarding (1) the Tobacco and Health Trust Fund's purposes; and (2) the requirement for sellers to check the identification of the purchaser prior to selling cigarettes or tobacco products.
