AN ACT LOWERING THE AGE OF ELIGIBILITY FOR PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO PROTECT SENIOR CITIZENS FROM FRAUD. To authorize municipalities to lower the age for property tax relief for senior citizens.
