AN ACT CONCERNING THE FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN BORROWERS' BILL OF RIGHTS ACT OF 2019. To provide additional protections for student loan borrowers and cosigners of private education loans and to create a cause of action against student loan servicers who engage in abusive acts or practices while servicing a student education loan.
