AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. To provide that a health carrier shall not remove a covered prescription drug from its list of covered drugs, or reclassify or place a covered prescription drug in a higher cost-sharing tier, during the term of a health insurance policy.
