State Government - As enacted, makes various changes to certain boards, authorities, and task forces, including, but not limited to, requiring all vacancies on the state capitol commission, the Tennessee local development authority, and the advisory task force on state reimbursement to be filled for the balance of the unexpired term. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 13; Title 16; Title 38; Title 43; Title 49; Title 50; Title 54; Title 58; Title 63; Title 64; Title 65; Title 68; Title 69; Title 70 and Title 71. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 776 by the Secretary of State.
