Victims' Rights - As introduced, increases from 24 hours' notice to 36 hours' notice the amount of time someone registered with the criminal proceedings notification system must be given before any hearing takes place pertaining to the matter for which the person registered. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 16; Title 18; Title 40 and Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 6.
