Tennessee Senate Bill
Local Education Agencies - As introduced, allows a student to be denied the privilege of participating in physical activity during the school day if the student engages in certain prohibited conduct or behavior; allows a teacher or administrator, as a form of discipline, to remove a student from, or deny a student participation in, any physical activity or physical activity period, or to assign a student alternative lessons, assignments, or activities, including physical activities, to improve the student's conduct or behavior. - Amends TCA Section 49-6-1021.
