Child Labor - As introduced, prohibits minors under 14 years of age from sharing video content on an online platform for compensation; requires a parent or other adult who features a minor in video content shared on an online platform for compensation to set aside a specified amount of gross earnings on the video content in a trust account to be preserved for the benefit of the minor; allows an adult who was a minor featured in such video content shared by a parent or other adult to request the permanent deletion of the video. - Amends TCA Title 29; Title 39; Title 47 and Title 50. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 687 by the Secretary of State.
