Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, requires a healthcare provider to notify a patient of a communication between the provider and the patient's health insurance entity if the provider contacts the health insurance entity seeking additional information needed to process a prior authorization request for the patient within seven days after the communication has occurred; makes other changes related to prior authorization for healthcare services. - Amends TCA Title 56 and Title 63, Chapter 1.
