Consumer Protection - As introduced, increases, from three to five business days, the number of days a consumer reporting agency has to place a security freeze on a consumer report after receiving the written or electronic request to place the freeze from the Tennessee consumer. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 39; Title 47 and Title 65.
