Election Laws - As introduced, removes the permanent deprivation of the right of suffrage upon conviction of first degree murder, aggravated rape, treason, or voter fraud; removes the requirement that a person must have paid all court costs in order to be eligible for restoration of the right of suffrage; requires a person to be compliant with all current child support orders rather than current in all child support obligations in order to be eligible for restoration of the right of suffrage. - Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 40.
