Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - As introduced, requires the bureau to classify offenders and determine whether the offender's offense qualifies as a sexual offense, violent sexual offense, or a violent juvenile sexual offense, and whether the offender is an offender against children; allows the bureau to rely on investigative reports, files of certain prosecutorial entities, court records, or other credible information to classify an offender; requires the bureau to notify the offender of the classification. - Amends TCA Title 40.
