Election Laws - As introduced, requires a county election commission to issue a notice requiring removal of campaign signs if the signs have not been removed from highway rights-of-way or other publicly owned property within three weeks after an election; authorizes the election commission to levy a civil penalty not to exceed $50 per day, per parcel of property on the candidate or campaign committee if the signs are not removed after receiving the notice. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 1.
