Common Carriers - As introduced, requires a driver for a transportation network company to maintain an illuminated sign, or a sticker in a standard position, on the driver's vehicle that clearly indicates that the vehicle is being used for prearranged rides for the company; creates a civil penalty for violation of the signage or sticker requirement. - Amends TCA Section 55-9-402 and Title 65, Chapter 15.
