Criminal Offenses - As introduced, increases the penalty for the offense of aggravated burglary, from a Class C felony to a Class B felony, if the burglary is of an occupied habitation; increases the penalty for especially aggravated burglary, from a Class B felony to a Class A felony, if the burglary is of a habitation. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
