A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 63-13-810, RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT FOR FAMILY CHILDCARE HOMES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY CHILDCARE PROVIDER ON A MILITARY INSTALLATION OR FACILITY OR LICENSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF ARTICLE 5, CHAPTER 13, TITLE 63.
