AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 37-2-307, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE SALES CONTRACT CLOSING FEES, SO AS TO REQUIRE THE CLOSING FEE TO BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED WITH THE ADVERTISED PRICE, TO REQUIRE THE FEE BE REASONABLE, AND TO SPECIFY THE MANNER IN WHICH THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS IS TO PROVIDE ENFORCEMENT MEASURES. - RATIFIED TITLE
