AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES (Provides a duty upon midwives, physician assistants and nurse practitioners to obtain a blood specimen of pregnant women within thirty (30) days after the first professional visit.)
