AN ACT RELATING TO ELECTIONS -- VOTING DISTRICTS AND OFFICIALS (Requires unanimous vote of local board of canvassers for the combination of voting districts for any special election and requires unanimous vote of canvassers for combination of voting districts for any special election or presidential primary.)
