AN ACT RELATING TO ELECTIONS -- RHODE ISLAND CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPENDITURES REPORTING (Raises aggregate reporting to $200, individual/PAC contributions to $2,000. Defines FMV/accounts payable. Prohibits financing to candidates owing fines to BOE. Exempts candidates from aggregate reporting. Provides public financing for primaries in 2026.)
