AN ACT RELATING TO PROPERTY -- TAX RELIEF IN THE TOWN OF JAMESTOWN (Provides a tax abatement of up to $2,000 to Jamestown firefighters based upon years of service, quantity of calls responded to and number of training hours and is transferrable to a surviving spouse until remarriage or death.)
