AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES (Grants the Providence board of licenses the authority to exempt from the provisions of the laws concerning the proximity of a Class B license retailer to schools and churches, property located at 12 Governor Street in the city of Providence.)
