Local Government Cyber Security; Creates Local Government Cybersecurity Protection Program within Florida State University, to be administered by Florida State University; requires Florida State University to enter into certain data-sharing agreements with local governments & Florida Digital Service for specified purpose; requires Florida State University to administer grant program based on specified criteria to provide information technology commodities & services to local governments for specified purpose; requires Florida State University to contract for information technology commodities & services & award such commodities & services to local governments; requires grants to be annually awarded by date certain; authorizes Florida State University to apply for & accept certain funds or grants.
