Manufacturing; Revises duties of Department of Commerce; establishes Chief Manufacturing Officer; provides responsibilities for Chief Manufacturing Officer; provides that Chief Manufacturing Officer collaborate with DOE to promote manufacturing as career path; directs all state & local governmental entities to assist Chief Manufacturing Officer; creates Florida Manufacturers' Workforce Development Grant Program; requires department to administer grant awards from Economic Development Trust Fund; requires department to include certain information in its annual incentives report; creates Florida Manufacturing Promotional Campaign within department; requires department to take certain actions in promoting campaign; requires persons that participate in campaign to register annually with department; authorizes department to establish, by rule, logos or product identifiers to be depicted for use in campaign.
