Implementing the 2025-2026 General Appropriations Act; Implements specified appropriations of the General Appropriations Act for 2025-2026 fiscal year.
Collective Bargaining; Provides for resolution pursuant to specified instructions of collective bargaining issues at impasse between state & certified representatives of bargaining units for state employees.
State-administered Retirement System; Revises participation in Elected Officers' Class; requires certain holders of elective office to participate in Senior Management Service Class; provides exception; revises required employer retirement contribution rates for each membership class & subclass of Florida Retirement System.
Government Administration; Revises provisions relating to government administration including auditing, reviews, & investigations of programs, appropriations, & state entities; government accountability; planning & budgeting; estimating conferences; EOG budget recommendations; & budget requests.
Funding for Environmental Resource Management; Removes provisions authorizing voluntary agreements with private landowners for environmental services within Florida wildlife corridor; repeals provisions relating to Local Trail Management Grant Program & dedicated funding for conservation lands, resiliency, & clean water infrastructure.
State-funded Property Reinsurance Programs; Decreases authorized cumulative transfers from General Revenue Fund to SBA for Reinsurance to Assist Policyholders program to reimburse certain insurers for insured losses caused by hurricanes; removes Florida Optional Reinsurance Assistance program.
State Group Insurance; Requiring the Department of Management Services to submit to the Governor and the Legislative Budget Commission certain recommendations on the implementation of formulary management for prescription drugs and supplies for a specified plan year; authorizing the commission to consider the department's recommendations; requiring the department to implement only the recommendati...
