Rec./Crime Victims; Expands public record exemption for crime victims to include name & personal identification number of victim & any other information or records that could be used to locate, intimidate, harass, or abuse victim or victim's family; including records generated by any agency that regularly generates information from or concerning victims of crime in such exemption; provides exception to public record exemption; provides that certain records identifying law enforcement officers who are involved in use of force incident are confidential & exempt for specified period of time; provides requirements for extension of time of such period; authorizes waiver of exemptions; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions.
