Medicaid Pharmacy Discounted Drug Prices; Requires drug manufacturers to sell specified drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; requires drug manufacturers to pay rebates to state; requires pharmacy benefits managers participating in Medicaid program to pay Medicaid pharmacies for specified drugs at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; requires drug wholesalers & distributors to sell specified drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; prohibits drug wholesalers & distributors from changing current pricing models & programs by engaging in certain acts; limits sales by Medicaid pharmacies of specified drugs at 340 Drug Pricing Program discounted prices to specified Medicaid recipients.
