Swimming Safety; Prohibits organizations from granting water access at public bathing places & public swimming pools to certain children without first requiring specified information; requires organizations to provide specified types of personal flotation devices to certain children; authorizes public bathing places & public swimming pools to refuse water access to certain children requires certain counties & municipalities to create pilot programs to install drowning prevention stations at high-risk water access areas; provides; specifies information that each participating county & municipality must provide to DEP following conclusion of pilot program; requires DEP to submit final report to Governor & Legislature; provides contents of report; encourages local governments to implement sponsorship programs with businesses to help fund drowning prevention stations; requires DEP to coordinate public awareness campaign dealing with water safety during implementation of pilot program; requires parents or legal guardians of children with autism to provide specified information regarding water safety & swimming certifications to child's public school.
