Nature-based Methods for Improving Coastal Resilience; Requires Florida Flood Hub for Applied Research & Innovation at USF College of Marine Science to develop design guidelines & standards for green & gray infrastructure & models for conceptual designs of green infrastructure & green-gray infrastructure; requires DEP to develop specified guidelines for nature-based methods for coastal resilience & to finalize & publish guidelines by specified date; requires department to encourage local governments to participate in certain restoration efforts.
