Digital Voyeurism; Redesignates "video voyeurism" as "digital voyeurism"; revises elements; provides reduced criminal penalties for certain violations by persons under 19 years of age; specifies that each instance of certain violations is separate offense; provides for reclassification of certain violations by certain persons who are family or household members of victim or who hold position of authority or trust with victim.
