Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Requiring persons or entities licensed or permitted by the department's Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, or applying for such license or permit, to create and maintain an account with the division's online system and provide an e-mail address to the division; revising the amount of an initial corporate surety bond required as a condition of licensure as a tobacco product distributor; requiring certain persons or entities certified or registered under the Elevator Safety Act, or applying for such certifications or registrations, to create and maintain an online account with the department's Division of Hotels and Restaurants and provide an e-mail address to the division; etc.
