Equitable Distribution of Marital Assets and Liabilities; Requires court to consider certain factors when determining if extraordinary circumstances exist; provides certain actions do not change whether real property is marital property; provides that business interests in closely held business is marital asset; requires court to consider certain factors when determining value of such interest; provides that certain real property is nonmarital asset.
