Retirement; Providing that eligible retirees of the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan shall receive a certain monthly retiree health insurance subsidy payment beginning on a specified date; specifying that the member’s spouse at the time of the member’s death is the member’s beneficiary; decreasing the age and years of service needed to reach the normal retirement date for certain members; revising the employer contribution rates for the retiree health insurance subsidy; providing that certain elected officers are ineligible to extend participation in the Deferred Retirement, etc.
