Custodial Interrogation of Minors; Provides presumption of inadmissibility for confessions of certain minors which are made as result of custodial interrogation at place of detention if deceptive tactics are used; specifies circumstances under which presumption may be overcome; provides that state attorney has burden of proving that such confessions were voluntary.
