Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Revises requirements for mold assessment and remediation & asbestos consultant's licenses; requires licensees & licensed agents to provide Division of Hotels & Restaurants with e-mail addresses at which they can be contacted; authorizes division to send notices & inspection reports by e-mail; revises guest register maintenance requirements for transient establishment operators; removes limitation on types of boxing exhibitions which require maximum difference in participant weights; authorizes Florida Building Commission to delay effective date of energy provisions of Florida Building Code; authorizes package stores to sell nicotine products; revises disclosure requirements for multisite timeshare plan public offering statements.
