Florida Gaming Control Commission; Deleting a requirement that a commissioner be appointed from each appellate district; exempting certain state agency employees who are registered lobbyists from the prohibition against being appointed to or employed by the commission; exempting the commission from certain hearing and notice requirements; requiring the commission to evaluate slot license fees and make specified recommendations to the Legislature before a specified date, etc.
