AN ACT CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE REGULATION OF PROFESSIONAL BONDSMEN, BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENTS AND SURETY BAIL BOND AGENTS. To establish a task force to study the regulation of professional bondsmen, bail enforcement agents and surety bail bond agents.
