To direct the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution to collect, preserve, and display in a permanent exhibition in the National Museum of American History artifacts reflecting the rise of governmental propaganda, corruption, and authoritarianism due to the two Presidencies of Donald J. Trump from January 20, 2017 through January 20, 2021, and January 20, 2025 through January 20, 2029, and for other purposes.
