Need to support for education and children that is in this bill. We have put childrens welfare and public schools on the back burner for too long.

Why can't things be more simple? Fix the roads and bridges as they are; repair the power lines may be under ground and forget everything else. Vice president Dick Cheney wrote an article on our infra structure no one would listen. why don't you do that?
