If the chaplains have same training and qualification as the regular counselors, then that's fine. However, this bill does not make sure the chaplains have the same abilities ... we don't need someone to guide kids in religion matters at schools (that's why they go to churches and can talk to the priests there), we need people to help kids to plan their future in their career paths.

This bill goes against church and state laws. This bill is not fair to all students, segregates and condemns students of different beliefs, and should not be put in school systems. Especially uncertified and untrained!

Chaplains are not fully prepared to work with children. Many have never worked with children. What about background checks for them? I work at a school and have a wonderful counselor that knows about dealing with children. Crazy idea!!
