Local Education Agencies - As introduced, prohibits LEAs and public charter schools that serve students in any of the grades kindergarten through five from allowing students to access digital devices at school, from allowing employees to use a digital device to provide instruction, and from administering assessments to students in an electronic format except in certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 49. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 808 by the Secretary of State.
