Regional Authorities and Special Districts - As introduced, requires the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee to provide a person who violates a land use regulation of the Authority not less than 14 days' notice, rather than 10 days' notice, prior to assessing a civil penalty for the violation. - Amends TCA Title 64, Chapter 9.
