School Transportation - As introduced, permits a local education agency to authorize school security personnel, in addition to law enforcement, to review evidence from cameras installed on the exterior of school buses to determine whether the driver of another vehicle has illegally passed a stopped school bus that is receiving or discharging school children. - Amends TCA Section 55-8-151. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 764 by the Secretary of State.
