Highways, Roads and Bridges - As introduced, adds the state representatives and state senators who represent the county where an actual or imminent transportation system failure or other emergency is located to the list of recipients of the written notice required to be provided by the commissioner of transportation in the event the commissioner enters into a contract to remedy such failure or emergency. - Amends TCA Title 54.
