Tennessee House Bill
Henry County - Subject to local approval, authorizes the county commission to appoint a minimum of three and a maximum of seven members to the board of trustees for the Henry County Hospital District; reduces the frequency of regular meetings of the board of trustees from monthly to quarterly. - Amends Chapter 176 of the Private Acts of 1953; as amended. HB1414 has been assigned Private Chapter Number 5 by the Secretary of State.
