Tennessee Senate Bill
Public Records - As enacted, deletes the automatic repeal on July 1, 2025, of a provision that authorizes records custodians to seek an injunction against a person who makes requests to view or copy public records with the intent to disrupt government operations. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5. SB1114 has been assigned Public Chapter Number 392 by the Secretary of State.
