Tennessee Senate Bill
Motor Vehicles - As enacted, specifies that a vehicle protection product warrantor applying for renewal is not required to file a copy of a warranty that has already been registered for use; requires such warrantor to provide written notification of any change to the information contained in the original registration within 30 days of the change; provides that such notification does not require the submission of a new registration application. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 55. Companion bill has been assigned Public Chapter Number 146 by the Secretary of State.
