Professions and Occupations - As enacted, revises the manner in which a state governmental entity and local health department verifies that an applicant 18 or older who applies for a public benefit is a United States citizen or lawfully present in the United States; makes revisions to the law relative to the board of medical examiners granting a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine to certain temporary licensees. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 63; Title 68; and Chapter 211 of the Public Acts of 2023.
