School Transportation - As enacted, prohibits a governmental entity or local board of education from extending the immunity to governmental tort liability to persons providing school-related transportation services to a local board of education; requires agreements to compel sufficient limits for tort liability exposures related to providing such services as evidenced by a certificate of insurance that has the local board of education listed as an additional insured. - Amends TCA Title 29; Title 49 and Title 54.
