Criminal Procedure - As introduced, allows to be submitted electronically the investigatory report of a social service agency into the financial affairs of the accused, when the agency is ordered to conduct such investigation by a court having reasonable cause to believe that the accused has the financial resources to employ counsel. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40; Title 41 and Title 55.
